Our Promise to our customers is that we will design and build the best quality watches that we can and back these watches up with our in-house customer service. Every Smith and Bradley watch has a limited warranty, but our commitment to our product does not end there. At Smith and Bradley we perform a all warranty work, repairs, routine maintenance, and cleaning of all of our watches in our own facility.
We promise that when a customer has a question about their watch they can speak directly with a representative, or even an owner, on the phone or over email. Simply put, we do not outsource our warranty work or customer service. This allows us to stand behind our watches in a way that is unparalleled in the industry today. Therefore we can say the when you buy a Smith and Bradley watch we will be there for the long haul.
