Exchanges & Refunds
Smith & Bradley ensures the integrity of all our customer watches by custom building each one to order just for you. If not 100% satisfied with your new Smith & Bradley timepiece we will take it back for exchange or refund in new, unworn and unaltered condition in the original packaging with all it's contents within 10 days of the original date of purchase. The watch must have been bought on SmithBradleyltd.com or at an authorized Smith & Bradley retail dealer and include the original sales receipt. Smith & Bradley reserves the right to reject exchange or refund request based on visible wear or any other watch condition other than "new" and "unworn" as specified in the policy.
